Robert L. Lichten Award

The Lichten Award was established to provide an incentive to AHS members, who have not previously presented the results of their work at a technical forum, to begin presenting their work at local and regional AHS meetings. The winner of all the regional Lichten competitions gets invited to present his/her paper at the AHS Annual Forum and receive travel from anywhere in the U.S. to the Forum, complimentary registration and lodging, and a $500 honorarium. Contact your local AHS chapter or AHS headquarters to see if they participate in the Lichten competition."
