Sponsor New Members and Win Exciting Prizes!
Win Membership in the Prestigious President's Club!
AHS membership is fueled by active chapter and individual interest in membership recruitment. The Society recognizes members
and chapters dedicated to this growth through its various membership programs. These contests run from January 1st to
December 31st and consist of:
- One-New Member Sponsor Program: Each member who sponsors a new member for the first time receives an AHS key
chain and credit towards membership in the President's Club.
- Five-Member Sponsor Program: Each member who sponsors a total of five new members receives an AHS coffee mug and
credit towards membership in the President's Club.
- Ten-Member President's Club Sponsor Program: Each member who sponsors ten or more members is accepted into
the President's Club, receives recognition in Vertiflite and on the
AHS web site, an AHS baseball cap and a President's Club Certificate of Appreciation.
- Twenty-Five Member Executive Club Sponsor Program: Each member who sponsors 25 or more members receives an
AHS Executive Pen.
As an additional incentive for members to sponsor new members, the Society runs four membership contests from April 1st to
March 31st:
- Individual Sponsor Contest: The member who sponsors the greatest number of new members during the contest
year wins a trip to the AHS Annual Forum, including airfare (from points originating in the U.S.), hotel accommodations,
registration and tickets to all social functions. The winner also receives a certificate or plaque presented at the
Annual Awards function.
- Chapter Member Increase Contest: First place is awarded to the AHS Chapter with the greatest net growth at the end
of the contest period. The winning Chapter receives a certificate awarded at the AHS Annual Awards function.
- Chapter Percent Increase Contest: First place is awarded to the AHS Chapter with the greatest percent
increase at the end of the contest period. The winning Chapter receives a certificate presented at the AHS Annual Awards
function.
- Every Member Get A Member Contest: First place is presented to the Chapter whose members sponsor the most new
members during the contest period. The Chapter will receive only one credit for each Chapter member who sponsors a new member.
The winning Chapter receives a certificate presented at the AHS Annual Awards function.
