To receive a discounted Forum 80 room rate, you must confirm reservations with one of the official hotels by April 4, 2024. After April 4, Forum 80 room reservations will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the prevailing room rate. Please be sure to note the cancellation and early check out policy when you book a reservation. Multiple room reservations with the same guest name may be limited. If your organization requires a block of rooms to accommodate multiple guests, a guestroom sub-block can be provided if approved by VFS. Please contact VFS for assistance at 703-684-6777, ext. 105.
Please be aware that a hotel guest room with two beds is only available at the Holiday Inn Centre-Ville.

Hotel room block for government and military attendees
A block of guest rooms at a comparable U.S. government per diem rate is available to Forum 80 government and military attendees. Private sector contractors employed by a government agency do not qualify for this hotel room block.

Do you need a visitor visa? Verify your travel requirements and/or apply for a visa via Government of Canada's official webpage. Those needing an invitation letter should contact the Registrar as soon as possible to ensure ample time for the Canadian visa application process. Please include full name (as it appears on your passport), date of birth, passport number, and nationality in your request.
