AHS International's 73rd Annual Forum and Technology Display takes place May 9-11, 2017 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
AHS requests your support of the official Forum 73 hotels. To receive a discounted Forum 73 room rate, you must confirm reservations with one of the official hotels by the extended deadline of April 10, 2017 at 5:00PM US Central Daylight Time (GMT-6). After this date, Forum 73 room reservations will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the prevailing room rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and may require a one night’s room deposit. Please note: all deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable if a reservation is cancelled within the stated cancellation period. Please be sure to note the cancellation policy before you book a reservation.

A limited number of guest rooms at US Government per diem rate are available. If you are eligible to receive a federal government per diem rate please be sure to select this option when you make a reservation. A federal government photo I.D. is required upon check-in to verify eligibility. Government per diem rate rooms are expected to sell-out well before the hotel reservation deadline. Please book early!

American Airlines operates the world’s second largest airline hub at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and is considered a preferred carrier for many flying to Fort Worth, Texas. American Airlines may offer very competitive airfares from many destinations but has discontinued offering discounted airfares for conventions and meetings. As an option to American Airlines, AHS has arranged for discounted airfares on United Airlines.

Molly the Trolley is a vintage-style trolley that offers free, quick and convenient travel throughout the downtown Fort Worth area. The Downtown Get Around route runs between the Fort Worth Convention Center and Sundance Square, and makes stops near downtown hotels, landmarks, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Molly runs every 15 minutes, 7 days a week, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Molly also stops at The T's Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC), where you can access the commuter rail on the TRE and Amtrak, city and state bus service, and rental cars.
