After receiving his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering in 2015 and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering in 2017 from the Pennsylvania State University, Edward Rocco began working at Pratt & Whitney as a Diagnostics, Prognostics, and Health Management engineer within the Controls and Diagnostic Systems.
