Hunter Denton

Texas A&M University

Hunter Denton is a PhD candidate studying Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University. He works in the Advanced Vertical Flight Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. Moble Benedict. He received both his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M. He is a four-time recipient of ARL’s Journey Fellowship. He also received the Barry J. Baskett VFF Scholarship in the master's category in 2021. His research focuses on the development of a gun-launched platform at micro air vehicle-scale, which includes experiments on low Reynolds number coaxial rotors and modeling of flight dynamics.
