Jahnvi Hariani

Jahnvi Hariani is an undergraduate senior at the Georgia Institute of Technology working towards her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Aerospace Engineering as part of the BS/MS honors program. She is a Faculty Honors student and a recipient of the President’s Undergraduate Research Award for her contribution to the advancement of the Combined Momentum and Simple Vortex Theory. She is also a part of the Vertical Lift Center of Excellence at Georgia Tech, working under Dr. J.V.R. Prasad. Her research to date has focussed on analyzing the effects of inflow interference on induced power, and the evaluation of inflow models for UAM applications. She is currently working on finite state wake modeling for rotorcraft in transient maneuvers and serves on the executive board for various Georgia Tech organizations such as the aerospace honor society and the competitive hyperloop team.
