The theme of the 2-day conference is “Powering the Future of Vertical Flight”, which will highlight research and development efforts, both current and planned, related to manned and unmanned rotorcraft and other vertical flight vehicles. The meeting will consist of unclassified, unrestricted presentations and be held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Virginia. Hotel lodging will be available next door at the Embassy Suites Hampton Convention Center.

Agenda: the program will begin at 8:15 am on Tuesday, October 29 and end on Wednesday, October 30 at 4:30 pm. Revised agenda as of Oct. 24, 2019 – download the 2019 Propulsion and Power Agenda. Attire for the meeting is business casual.

Authors: you have until 1:00 pm (US Eastern Time) Monday, October 28th to upload your presentation below. Email questions about your presentation to propulsion2019@vtol.org.

Registration: online registration is now CLOSED. You can still register onsite on Tuesday morning, October 29th starting at 7:00 am.

Exhibiting: Exhibit space (10'x10" unit) is available at a cost of $800. If you are interested in exhibiting at the event, download and return the exhibit space contract.  Contact David Meyer for further questions.
