After April 8, Forum 82 room reservations will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the prevailing room rate. Please be sure to note the cancellation and early check out policy when you book a reservation.
A limited number of guest rooms at US Government per diem rate are available. If you are eligible to receive a federal government per diem rate please be sure to select this option when you make a reservation. A federal government photo I.D. is required upon check-in to verify eligibility. Government per diem rate rooms will sell-out well before the hotel reservation deadline. Please book early!

Those needing an invitation letter should contact the Registrar as soon as possible to ensure ample time for the American visa application process.
