  • Asian/Australian Rotorcraft Forum (ARF), Aug 29-Sep 1, 2013 (new date!), Tianjin, China. ARF offers an excellent opportunity to learn and exchange the latest advances and topics in all technical areas including current rotorcraft development programs.   • 75th Anniversary of the First Rotating Wing Aircraft Meeting, Oct 27, 2013, The Franklin Institute, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The First Rotating Wing Aircraft Meeting was held at the Franklin Institute on October 27-29, 1938. It was the first international meeting on rotary-wing aircraft; it was from this conference that the American helicopter industry was born.
