Have you made all your plans to attend the AHS Forum?

Registration: If you have not yet registered, please do so online at If you need to fax in a registration form or other information, please note that the office will be closed as of Friday afternoon and faxes, etc. must be received before noon (GMT – 5) on Friday May 17.
Hotels:  There may still be a few rooms at the AHS overflow hotel, the Marriott Renaissance Phoenix, at the special Forum 69 rate of only $169 per night. Check out the website for details:
Getting Your Badge: Are you planning to attend presentations on Tuesday morning at 8:00 am? You had better plan ahead. The period between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. is the busiest time with the longest lines. Plan to pick up your badge on Sunday or Monday, or come by 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday to be sure you aren’t late for your session!
Monday Tour: The tour of The Boeing Company and MD Helicopters are full. For those going on the tour, please see the website for itinerary.

AHS International headquarters closed

The headquarters offices of AHS International will be closed during the Forum as all of the staff with be supporting The Biggest and Best Vertical Flight Technology Conference in the World!

The offices will be closed from Friday evening May 17 through Wednesday May 29, reopening on Thursday May 30.
During this time, you can contact AHS during the Forum at 703-684-6777 x106. You may also leave voice or email messages with staff members as per usual, who will return your message at their earliest opportunity.
