Forum Information

  • Forum 78 will be held in-person on May 10-12, 2022 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.
  • Register now! If you are unable to register online, please complete the F78 Registration Form and email it to VFS HQ.

  • New this year, Forum 78 features a Thursday morning Grand Awards Breakfast. All Forum registrants must RSVP when they register if they want to receive a ticket (additional tickets for guests may be purchased for $100). Seating for the Awards Breakfast is limited.

Forum 78 Registration Rates

If your company is a Corporate Member, you may be entitled to limited quantities of complimentary registrations. Please check with your company’s membership contact or inquire with Valerie Sheehan.

All Forum registrations include all session and exhibit hall access,
as well as Forum 78 Proceedings.

CANCELLATION POLICY: $75 cancellation fee until May 6, 2022. No refunds after May 6, 2022.

COVID-19 Information (updated 4/6/22): VFS is excited to return to an in-person Forum! Due to the very low rate of infections, the wearing of masks is optional for Forum attendees, as long as the rate remains low. VFS strongly encourages all Forum 78 attendees to follow CDC Guidelines and be fully vaccinated before arrival; however, proof of vaccination will not be required to attend. Note that your attendance at this meeting indicates your agreement that VFS holds no responsibility for anyone who is infected by any disease.
