- Forum 81 will be held in-person on May 20–22, 2025, at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.

- The Grand Awards Banquet Breakfast will be held on Thursday morning, May 22. This year, the awards breakfast access is $25 for all registrants — seating is limited. Additional tickets for guests may be purchased for $100.

If your company is a Corporate Member, you may be entitled to limited quantities of complimentary registrations. Please check with your company’s membership contact or inquire with Valerie Sheehan.

What registration includes:
- Access to all technical and special sessions
- Access to the Nikolsky Lecture and General Session
- Access to the VFS exhibits in the Technology Display
- Drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the Industry Reception
- Lunches and refreshments on Tuesday and Wednesday, and refreshments on Thursday
- Access to Forum 81 proceedings (online download)
- Eligibility to register for the Grand Awards Banquet Breakfast Ceremony ($25 per registrant) — space is limited!
- Eligibility to register for the Friday industry tour at NASA Langley for US citizens only (additional rules apply)
CANCELLATION POLICY: $75 cancellation fee until April 21, 2025. No refunds after April 21, 2025.
