Ksenia Kirsanova

Pennsylvania State University

Ksenia Kirsanova is a first-year graduate student pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her B.S. in May 2025. Her research, advised by Dr. Edward Smith with mentorship from Tove Ågren, focuses on multi-fidelity modeling frameworks for multirotor inflow prediction. Ksenia is active in the vertical flight community, serving as the Vice-President of the Penn State VFS Chapter and a Director of the national VFS Student Council. Outside of research, Ksenia has had a lifelong passion for ballet and loves a wide variety of hobbies including yoga, hiking, cooking, painting, and more.
