2026 Heli Japan and 12th Asian Australian Rotorcraft Forum (ARF)

Nov 3, 2026 - Nov 5, 2026
Gifu, Japan

Heli Japan was established by the Japan Chapter of Vertical Flight Society (VFS). The first conference was held in Gifu in 1998, and it has since been held every four years in Utsunomiya, Nagoya, Omiya, and Kanazawa. The Asian/Australian Rotorcraft Forum (ARF) fosters knowledge exchange and updates on rotorcraft research and development in the Asian-Pacific region. In 2026, these two conferences will be held together in Gifu, Japan. Gifu is home to the aeronautical industry in Japan. It also has a long traditional history, and is renowned for being the hometown to Nobunaga Oda, the first “Great Unifier” in the Sengoku Period (1467-1603) in Japan.
