The Student Volunteer Program at the VFS Annual Forum offers university students a unique opportunity to participate in the vertical flight industry’s premier technical conference. The VFS Forum is the leading international event dedicated to research, engineering, and innovation in vertical flight technology. Students assist with the operation of the conference while gaining valuable professional exposure. In exchange for their support, student volunteers receive complimentary registration to the Forum and the opportunity to attend technical sessions, explore the exhibit hall, and connect with industry leaders, researchers, and fellow students.
Volunteer responsibilities typically include helping with session logistics, attendee support, registration assistance, and other event operations. The volunteer time commitment is approximately one 4-hour period during the Forum week.
