To receive a discounted Forum 83 room rate, you must confirm reservations with one of the official hotels by April 9, 2027. After April 9, Forum 83 room reservations will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the prevailing room rate. Please be sure to note the cancellation and early check out policy when you book a reservation.
A limited number of guest rooms at US Government per diem rate are available. If you are eligible to receive a federal government per diem rate please be sure to select this option when you make a reservation. A federal government photo I.D. is required upon check-in to verify eligibility. Government per diem rate rooms will sell-out well before the hotel reservation deadline. Please book early!
